The Golden Wave Band and its alumni lead the way in flinging the Green and Gold afar for Baylor University. The Golden Wave Alumni Association dates to 1986 and is a way for Golden Wave Band alumni to reconnect on a regular basis. Alumni have the option of participating in several events throughout the year, including Alumni Take on Courtside (ATOC) each spring (where alumni play at men's and women's basketball games with the Courtside Players) and a gathering each fall (where alumni participate in the half-time show with current marching band members).

Alumni Band Qualification: Any past member of the Golden Wave Band (MCC or Baylor) who marched at least one season and graduated or is no longer enrolled in a college or university. Undergraduate students who are no longer in GWB are not allowed to participate until they have graduated from any college or university or are no longer enrolled in a college or university.

In addition to providing a social network for Golden Wave Band alumni, the Association encourages monetary support to the Golden Wave scholarship and excellence funds while continually seeking ways to strengthen the relationship between current members and alumni of the Golden Wave Band.
